TagWizz LLC (“TagWizz”, “we” or “us”) may collect, store and use your personal information in connection with developing and providing to you its products, software applications, websites and other services (collectively, “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies whether you are accessing the Services via a personal computer, a mobile device or any other technology or devices now known or hereafter developed or discovered (each, a “Device”) and whether you are accessing the Services as a registered user, applicant, research participant, customer, or other user of the Services.

This Privacy Policy governs Personal Information and Other Information that may be collected through the Services, through forms or applications operated by TagWizz, or in connection with activities where this Privacy Policy is provided or referenced.

We may from time to time combine Information with other information we collect from other sources, including information received from our Affiliates, operational service providers, business partners, clients, marketing companies, or advertising service providers, where permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not participate in the Services or any features, activities or services offered through the Services.

1. U.S. Operations and International Users

TagWizz LLC is based in the United States, and the Services may be operated, hosted, or administered from the United States.

Information that you provide to us or that we obtain through your use of the Services may therefore be collected, processed, stored, or transferred to the United States and may also be accessed or processed in other countries where TagWizz, its Affiliates, personnel, clients, contractors, or operational service providers operate.

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, your Information may be transferred to or processed in countries whose privacy and data protection laws may differ from those applicable in your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, TagWizz will take appropriate measures relating to the processing and international transfer of Personal Information.

In connection with Certain Features and Functions

We may provide you with access to certain features or functions offered through the Services, including newsletters, messaging features, registration and profile pages, customer support, community features, applications, surveys, or other interactive services.

In connection with Social Networking Websites and Third-Party Platforms

If you use a Service through, link a Service to, or access a Service using a social networking website or third-party platform, TagWizz may receive Information from that platform in accordance with the permissions you grant and the privacy settings you establish with that third party.

The categories of Information available to TagWizz depend on the relevant third-party service and your settings.

In connection with Maintaining the Integrity of Certain Applications

In an effort to provide a safe and fair gaming environment, we may employ anti-cheating, fraud prevention, security, authentication, or similar technologies in connection with certain products and Services.

When applicable, we may collect information regarding your computer, Device, application installation, system configuration, or gameplay environment for security, fraud-prevention, authentication, or integrity purposes.

In connection with Service Testing, Playtesting, Research and Participant Applications

From time to time, TagWizz may offer opportunities for individuals to apply for or participate in software testing, quality assurance, playtesting, usability research, surveys, interviews, player research, or other research and testing activities.

In connection with these activities, we may collect information including your name, contact information, age or age range, geographic location, gaming preferences, gaming experience, games played, reported or approximate playtime, gaming platforms, devices, hardware specifications, availability, demographic information, survey responses, opinions, feedback, gameplay observations, and other information relevant to participant selection or the activity being conducted.

The Information that you provide may be used to:

determine your eligibility or compatibility for particular testing or research opportunities; select, recruit, and communicate with participants; evaluate gaming experience, preferences, familiarity, and player profiles; conduct playtests, usability studies, surveys, interviews, research, or quality assurance activities; improve our Services, participant recruitment practices, testing methodologies, and research services; understand player audiences, behaviors, preferences, and gaming patterns; prepare statistical analysis, reports, benchmarks, or research findings; and develop aggregated or de-identified audience insights, research tools, analytical products, or related services.

If you participate in testing or research conducted on behalf of a TagWizz client, certain information, feedback, research findings, or participant characteristics relevant to the project may be shared with that client where reasonably necessary to conduct, analyze, or report on the project.

Where appropriate, such information may be aggregated, pseudonymized, or de-identified before being shared.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

TagWizz may aggregate, de-identify, or otherwise process Information so that the resulting information does not reasonably identify an individual.

This may include combining Information from multiple users, applicants, players, research participants, customers, or other individuals in order to identify trends, patterns, preferences, behaviors, correlations, and statistical relationships.

For example, we may analyze aggregated gaming information to understand relationships between games, genres, platforms, gaming experience, player preferences, or audience characteristics.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for purposes including: research and statistical analysis; benchmarking; product and service development; business intelligence; improvement of our Services and methodologies; reports and presentations; marketing materials; and analytical tools or commercial services.

We do not publicly disclose individual participant information, including application responses, gamertags, contact information, or other identifying Information, as part of these aggregated analyses.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for research, analytical, statistical, historical, or business purposes where permitted by applicable law.

Information Collected Through Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

The Services and/or third parties may use cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, software development kits, pixels, and other similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to collect Information automatically as you browse or use the Services.

We may use Tracking Technologies to collect information regarding visits to the Services, interactions with pages or features, purchasing history or preferences, browser or Device information, IP address, identifiers, advertising interactions, and other usage information.

We may use this information to operate and improve the Services, understand usage, measure performance, provide analytics, maintain security, personalize content, and, where applicable, deliver or measure advertising.

If you use our Services through a social networking website, application store, gaming platform, digital distribution platform, or similar third-party service, TagWizz may access and store Information made available through that service in accordance with the permissions and settings associated with your account.

4. Wireless Marketing Services and Promotional Communications

TagWizz may provide users with the opportunity to register for promotions, news, programming, opportunities, or other information delivered by email, text message, or other communication channels.

Standard carrier messaging or data rates may apply to text messages.

Disclosure to Affiliates
